Introduction & Scope
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 03bet platform and all of its services. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between the entity operating the platform ("Company") and the user ("you" or "Member").
By opening an account on 03bet, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to stop using the platform immediately.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Section 1: Account Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Age & Eligibility Requirements
To open an account on 03bet and use its services, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or use of the platform by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited.
- You must be a real individual; registration using automated software or bots is prohibited.
- You may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited.
- You must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
03bet reserves the right to verify a Member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:
- A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence.
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used.
If a Member does not cooperate with verification, the Company reserves the right to suspend or close the account.
1.3 Updating Account Information
If any of your registered details change (such as address, phone number, or email), it is your responsibility to notify the 03bet support team immediately. You are solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
Section 2: Account Security
2.1 Password & Login Protection
To keep your account secure, please follow these guidelines:
- Use a strong, unique password and change it regularly.
- Never share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone.
- If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Avoid logging in from public or shared devices.
2.2 Account Responsibility
You are fully responsible for all activity on your account. 03bet is not liable for misuse of an account by a third party, unless a fault in the platform's own security systems is proven.
Section 3: Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Deposit Policy
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other Bangladeshi banks).
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name only.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in account closure.
3.2 Withdrawal Policy
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals will be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.
- If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal may not be possible until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
3.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
03bet is firmly committed to preventing money laundering. In the case of suspicious transactions, the Company reserves the right to conduct an investigation and notify the relevant authorities. 03bet's services must be used for entertainment purposes only — not as a tool for financial transactions or money laundering.
Section 4: Bonuses & Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
03bet offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. A deposit of ৳18,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳28,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of deposit + bonus.
- For certain games or bet types, wagering may count partially or not at all.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met.
4.3 Bonus Abuse
If a Member creates multiple accounts, engages in bonus arbitrage, or uses any other improper method to take advantage of bonuses, the Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.
Warning: In the event of a breach of bonus terms, the Company reserves the right to void any winnings earned from that bonus.
4.4 VIP Program
03bet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.7%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.0%). Promotion is based on gaming activity. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program.
Section 5: Betting Rules
5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation Policy
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Company explicitly offers that option.
- If an event is cancelled, all bets on that event will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
- If clearly incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the Company reserves the right to void those bets.
- Bets placed by exploiting system errors or glitches will be cancelled.
5.2 Sports Betting
Betting markets are available for cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (FIFA), kabaddi, and other sports. The applicable rules and conditions for each market will be clearly stated alongside it.
- Live betting may be temporarily suspended during an event.
- Betting markets may close before the scheduled time.
5.3 Casino & Slot Games
03bet's casino section includes live casino, slot games, fishing games, and many more categories. Each game has its own rules, which are clearly stated within the game. The game provider's own rules (Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, etc.) also apply.
Section 6: Prohibited Activities
6.1 General Prohibitions
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any other automated methods.
- Placing bets using match-fixing, spot-fixing, or insider information.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
- Creating or using an account under another person's identity.
- Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack them.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward any other Member.
- Providing false information on the platform.
Consequences: For any of the above activities, the Company reserves the right to close the account, confiscate the balance, and take legal action where necessary.

7.1 Collection & Use of Personal Information
03bet collects and processes your personal information solely for the following purposes:
- Account management and identity verification.

Section 9: Account Closure & Suspension
9.1 Closure at Member's Request

9.2 Closure by the Company
The company may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of these terms and conditions.

12.2 Severability
